Guest will need to inform the hotel in advance Estimated Time of Arrival.

All guests will have there temperature read before check in
(This information will be kept in a secure location for one year)
If carried by our staff, Guest luggage and backpacks will be disinfected.

We recommend guests vacate the room during housekeeping and / or any maintenance issue resolution

1.) Daily cleaning service.
2.) On a regular bases that you will need to inform the reception in the morning.
